The Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Thailand Arbitration Centre (THAC) to enhance co-operation in international arbitration and dispute resolution.
The agreement was signed virtually by BCDR Secretary General Professor Marike Paulsson, and THAC Managing Director Suriyapong Tubtimtae.
The memorandum is the first of its kind between an Arab country and Thailand in the field of arbitration. It aims to develop expertise in arbitration and dispute resolution through dialogue.
