Top officials yesterday conducted a hospital visit to assess the condition of injured soldiers who are receiving necessary and comprehensive medical care due to the result of recent Iranian attacks.
The visit was led by Defence Affairs Minister Lieutenant General Abdulla Al Nuaimi, who was accompanied by Health Minister Dr Jalila Al Sayyed.
Lt Gen Al Nuaimi checked on the soldiers’ health conditions and followed up on their treatment.
He also conveyed the wishes of BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and wished the injured personnel a speedy recovery.
On Wednesday, the BDF stated that a Moroccan civilian contractor in the UAE Armed Forces was killed in Bahrain following an Iranian attack targeting the kingdom.
The UAE Defence Ministry later revealed that five of its personnel were also injured during the attacks.
