Legal action is being taken against a motorist who was found driving recklessly in Buhair, endangering the safety of residents and passersby, the General Directorate of Traffic announced yesterday.
A video circulating online shows the driver allegedly speeding through a residential area, reversing dangerously, and nearly colliding with a cyclist.
The footage also captures the vehicle almost hitting a car parked in front of a house.
