Housing units in two projects, ‘Al Wadi’ in Buhair and Hay Al Naseem in Salman Town, were fully booked just minutes after their announcement of opening reservations on the ‘Bayti’ real estate platform at the Housing and Urban Planning Ministry and the Eskan Bank’s stand at the Innovation Summit in Social Housing.
The projects were showcased on the ‘Bayti’ real estate platform as among the first to be launched under the Off-Plan Sale programme, which the ministry announced during the opening session of the exhibition .
