His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has stressed the importance of strengthening the strategic partnership with the private sector to support economic diversification.
He highlighted the role of Bahrain Chamber in supporting the sector’s contributions to the kingdom’s overall development during a meeting with its chairman Sameer Nass at Sakhir Palace yesterday.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirmed Bahrain’s commitment to enhancing the nation’s competitiveness, in line with its development goals, led by His Majesty King Hamad.
He emphasised the importance of harnessing all efforts to continue attracting more investments.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted that the achievements made by Team Bahrain, through co-operation between the public and private sectors, create promising opportunities for the people of Bahrain and support its far-reaching aspirations.
He affirmed the need to focus on initiatives that enhance Bahrain’s regional and international position in areas of economy and development.
Mr Nass expressed his gratitude for HRH Prince Salman’s commitment to achieving the development goals, noting his pride in the support that the private sector receives for its efforts.
Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Cabinet Affairs Minister Hamad Al Malki and Industry and Commerce Minister Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro also attended the meeting.
