Garbage bag delivery services for the elderly and disabled have been suspended amidst numerous challenges, including complaints from municipal workers that residents were being hostile to them, mistaking them for fraudsters.Northern Municipality director-general Lamya Al Fadhala also cited ‘operational and technical issues’ while announcing the suspension, during the Northern Municipal Council’s meeting at the council headquarters in Budaiya .
