A man, who broke the jaw of an off-duty defence forces member who accidentally caused a collision with his sister’s car, has lost an appeal against his assault conviction.The 26-year-old crane operator was earlier sentenced to a year in prison on charges of unintentionally causing a disability after punching the victim in the face .
