PARA ATHLETICS – BAHRAIN’S athletics team for people with determination achieved success at the Fazza International Championship in Dubai, which ended on Friday. The team won four medals, including one gold, two silver and a bronze.
Hussain Abdulaziz won the 400m running race in the T11 category with an exceptional performance on the track, beating all the other contenders and deservingly taking the gold medal.
Ruba Al Omari also put up an excellent performance winning two silver and a bronze medal in shot put, discus throw and javelin throw in the F55 category. Thanks to her technical skills and strong willpower, Al Omari was able to achieve these amazing results and shine in the competition.
