Doha: A luxury car caught fire in the parking lot of a shopping mall in the region of Ain Khalid in Qatar.
Civil defence units doused the fire which gutted the vehicle.
No casualties were reported at the site of the blaze, reported local Arabic daily Al-Sharq.
The Ministry of Interior announced the cause of the fire and warned against the danger of tapering with the small gas canisters fitted in the car in closed areas.
