FAILURE to take the Covid-19 vaccine’s second dose has led to a mutation in the coronavirus, according to a top health official.
National Taskforce for Combating Covid-19 monitoring committee head Lieutenant Colonel Dr Manaf Al Qahtani added it was imperative that people stick to the strict vaccination protocol .
