OWNERS of homes overlooking neighbouring yards could be forced to install barriers and blinds ensuring privacy following a proposal approved by Bahrain’s largest municipal council.
The proposal was submitted by Northern Municipal Councillor Ahmed Al Mannai who said the authority had received numerous complaints over the issue .
