GULF WEEKLY: The 12th Spectra Art Carnival will see 240 students from across the kingdom compete for the top prize and the opportunity to have their artwork featured in the Indian Community Relief Fund’s (ICRF) 2021 calendar, while raising funds for a worthy cause.
The annual Faber Castell Spectra Festival, organised by the ICRF and held under the patronage of the Indian embassy to Bahrain, has historically attracted 1,500-5,000 young artists from schools across the island .
