ADVENTUROUS artist Madhu Sarda’s ‘Bahraini Pearl’ painting has picked up a pretty penny to be donated to the Indian Ladies Association’s (ILA) Sneha recreation centre in support of children with special needs.
The Nepalese expatriate, who has been involved with the arts for the past 14 years, had created the colourful painting in 2018 showcasing the ancient Indian art form called Madhubani in a workshop for the ILA .
