His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) chairman Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has congratulated SCYS first deputy chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa on mare Bahrain Pride’s victory in Ripon Races held in the UK.
Shaikh Nasser said that KHK Racing has accomplished important achievements thanks to the support of Shaikh Khalid, adding that such backing has contributed to notable successes at the international level.
The victory of Bahrain Pride, owned by Shaikh Khalid, is a source of motivation for Bahraini owners of horses to continue on the same path, said Shaikh Nasser.
“Bahrain’s equestrian sport has affirmed its extraordinary position in overseas participations, and Bahrain Pride’s victory confirms this status. This victory will boost our motivation to double our efforts for further successes,” Shaikh Nasser added.
