Kuwait City: Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Dr Shaikh Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah today received a call from his Japanese counterpart, Toshimitsu Motegi, Kuwait News Agency reported.
The call tackled means of boosting mutual cooperation, major developments at the regional and international arenas.
The ministers alsodiscussed rapid developments due to spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout the world and ideas on beefing up cooperation between the two countries for coping with repercussions of the pandemic.
The two sides emphasised the necessity of international cooperation for facing fallouts of the pandemic and stemming its spread.
