A MOTORIST has been jailed for 12 months for hurling tear gas canisters at pedestrians from his moving car.
In a bizarre testimony previously in the High Criminal Court, the 24-year-old Bahraini claimed he was falsely implicated in the case, but then asked the judge to hand him the death penalty .
