A RECEPTION was held to honour the incoming commander of the Combined Task Force (CTF) 151 Rear Admiral Yoshiyasu Ishimaki of the Japanese Maritime Self Defence Force.
Rear Adm Ishimaki will take over command from Kuwaiti Naval Force Captain Khaled AlKandari, who is currently heading the task force, on February 20 .
