BRAVE Combat Federation will get a historic 2020 underway with the biggest MMA fight card in the Balkans.
The biggest Bahrain-born brand in the world partners up with leading local organisation WFC for Brave 34/WFC 24 which will feature a mixed card with the best local talent going up against top international fighters.
Velimurad Alkhasov, who spends time training at Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s KHK MMA team, and Zach Makovsky will be a feature fight as the main event shapes up to be an exciting WFC heavyweight title fight between Luka Podkrajsek, a Slovenian mixed martial arts star, and Bosnia’s Viktor Vasic.
The co-main event will see the return to the Brave fold of Benoit St. Denis, who meets Ivica Truscek, from Croatia, in the welterweight division.
Jakov Nedoh vs Zarko Sedoglavic (light heavyweight) and Phil Hawes vs Iuri Fraga (middleweight) round up the main card for Brave’s first-ever show in the Balkans.
Rustam Chsiev will also be returning to Brave after his dominant win at Brave 27. His opponent will be newcomer Romain Debienne, who’s riding a three-fight win streak and is hoping to derail ‘The Russian Bear’ in his pursuit of a middleweight title shot.
