A WAITER at a five-star hotel in Bahrain who was jailed for three years for using credit cards of diners to purchase musical instruments worth more than BD500 has lost his appeal.
The 31-year-old Indonesian took the card verification codes (CVC) of two credit cards belonging to a Filipino man and a Bahraini man when they paid for their bills .
