Kuwait: Twenty-one leading international consultant doctors will be flown to Kuwait this month to examine patients and conduct surgical operations.
The Health Ministry announced a programme to seek the assistance of reputed consultant doctors monthly, to conduct patient checkups and rare surgeries along with local medical staff.
Public Relations and Media director Faisal Al-Dosari said that the visiting doctors would take part in health workshops and medical conferences and deliver specialized lectures.
The visiting experts are specialized particularly in neurosurgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, general surgery, nutrition, tumours, physiotherapy and chemotherapy.
