Oman: The Omani passports has been ranked 67th in the world, enabling its holder to enter a total of 77 countries worldwide without pre-entry visas – including Bahrain, Tunisia, South Korean, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, the UK, Belarussia, Egypt, Morocco, Tanzania, the Seychelles, Iraq, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait and Syria,
The Henley Passport Index also ranked the Omani passport in the same position last year, up from 68 in 2017.
Last year, the authorities in Oman issued and renewed a total of 288,000 passports, according to official figures released by the National Statistics and Information Centre.
