Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman issued a royal order pardoning 208 prison inmates marking the Prophet's birthday.
According to a report in Al-Shabiba , an official source from the Sultanate Police said that the amnesty benefited 73 foreign prisoners.
