Bahrain: Work is set to start on a new 864,000-square metre luxury development in Muharraq complete with hotels, shops and a kilometre-long public beach.
The first phase of Marassi Al Bahrain, which will also feature a canal waterfront promenade, community mosque, apartment buildings, a harbour for cruise liners to dock and traditional suq, will get underway early next year and is expected to be complete by 2019 .
