Al Ahli defeated Busaiteen 4-0 in Group ‘A’ of the Bahrain FA Cup competition played last night at Riffa Club pitch.
Meanwhile, Muharraq and Al Shabab battled to a goalless draw in Group ‘A’, and Al Najma edged Al Hidd 3-2 in Group ‘B’. Ettihad held Isa Town 1-1, also in Group ‘B’.
The FA Cup is a friendly football competition organised by the Bahrain Football Association with both first and second division teams competing.
Al Ahli’s goals were scored by Mujtaba Abdali, Baqer Al Asfoor, Nasser Al Mansoor and Faisal Hassan Habeeb.
Al Najma’s goals came from Mahmoudou, Emanuel and Abdulla Said, while Abdulla Nasser and Isa Ahmed scored for Al Hidd.
Ettihad’s goal came from Mohammed Hassan, while Isa Abdulaziz scored for Isa Town.
