Abu Dhabi: Emirati singer Hussain Al Jassmi will perform in the annual Christmas concert on December 24, Almarsd reported.
He accepted an invitation in this regard from the Vatican to perform, thus becoming the first Arab singer to take part in this annual event.
“This participation aims to consolidate the values of tolerance, moderation and humanity,” said the singer’s media office.
A fourth of the concert proceeds will be donated for refugees in Erbil, Iraq, as well as Uganda.
