Fidu Properties, a real estate brokerage company in the UAE has announced the opening of its second office in Dubai. The new office, located at Emaar Square, is part of the company’s expansion strategy in the UAE.
The Chinese group had early this year opened its first office in Dubai and is now expanding its footprint amidst bullish trends in the UAE and regional real estate sector.
The Chinese presence in the Dubai real estate market is increasing with time with more Chinese investors and citizens moving into the UAE for living and working as well as tourism.
Fidu said the new office and expansion reinforces its commitment to the region and the strong growth potential it sees in the real estate brokerage sector. The brokerage aims to operate more branches across the UAE by 2020.
The company had recently concluded a transaction worth around Dh500 million ($136 million) with Emaar Properties.
