Kuwait City – A Kuwait policeman working with the Ministry of Interior has been sentenced to five days in jail for parking in a lot allocated to people with disabilities.
The serviceman parked his police patrol vehicle in the reserved place near a health centre although the parking was empty.
The man who works at the Al-Suleibkhat police station sparked public outrage and prompted a citizen to inform the Acting Assistant Undersecretary Major-General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah.
Another Interior Ministry’s serviceman had already been punished for the same violation.
