Riyadh: Sandstorms will lash central and eastern Saudi Arabia today, said that the Presidency for Meteorology and Environment Protection (PME).
In a statement today, it warned that the dense sandstorms would reduce horizontal visibility and forecast a drop in temperature.
It forecast thundery rain on parts of the province of Riyadh, the Eastern region and mountainous areas in the southeastern region.
