Riyadh: Chaos ensued at a well-known shopping mall due to the presence of Kuwaiti Snapchat user Dr. Khulood.
The traffic movement was disrupted near the mall in Al-Taif as a large crowd of women rushed to click selfies with the popular Snapchat user, who was invited to attend the inauguration of a shopping outlet.
The Ministry of Commerce and Investment had issued a circular urging all malls to obtain official authorisation before announcing celebrity presence for events on social media websites.
