Jeddah: Schools in Jeddah, Rabegh, and Khalis today closed their doors due to bad weather conditions and strong sandstorms.
The universities of Jeddah and the founder King Abdulaziz will also be shut down.
The Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) issued a statement, warning of sandstorms and extremely low visibility – from 10 AM until 4 PM
Schools will also be closed in other parts of the country- including Mecca, Bahara, Al-Jamoum, Dhahban, Asfan, Gharran, Thoul and Al-Shaiba.
