A Saudi man reportedly divorced his wife via the social messaging app - WhatsApp.
According to Arabic language daily Sada, a father of three told his wife he was travelling to Morocco for two weeks on a business trip.
When more than two weeks passed the frantic woman called and messaged her husband asking his whereabouts.
To which the woman received the shocking message from her husband asking for a divorce.
The newspaper said, “He told her via WhatsApp that she must pack and go back to her family with the children.”
When the woman’s father contacted the husband in Morocco and asked him why was he divorcing his wife after eight years of marriage.
He told him that he had married a Moroccan woman who insisted that he must divorce his wife.
