The Middle East Broadcast Corporation (MBC) will have a new boss with the advent of the new year.
Prince Badr bin Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Farhan Al-Saud has been appointed as MBC Group Chairman.
A holder of a bachelor's degree in law and political sciences from King Saud University, the new chairman served previously as Saudi Research and Marketing company chairman.
MBC Group has developed since it was first launched in London in 1991 to become the largest and leading private media company in the Middle East and North Africa region, now owning 18 TV channels now which include MBC1, MBC2 and MBC MAX.
