Dubai: Saudi businessman Sultan Abdullatif married Emirati singer Balqees Ahmed Fathi in Dubai.
The bride posted a tweet a few hours before the wedding ceremony, saying the honeymoon would be in New York.
She shared photos of her wedding ceremony which was described by the media as being “legendary”.
She also posted a video recording in which she appeared in his diamond-studded white wedding dress, as Moonlight sonata by Beethoven was filling the air.
Leading Saudi singer Rashid Al-Majid and popular Emirati singer Hussain Al-Jasmi graced the ceremony with their best melodious songs.
