Dammam: According to a survey conducted on leading chat programs, Saudi Arabia is ranked second globally and first among the Arab countries when it comes to using Snapchat.
With Kingdom’s young generation being most receptive to social media, Snapchat’s base is growing immensely.
According to a report, issued by GlobalWebIndex, Saudi Arabia holds the 10th position globally for using WhatsApp.
Like so many other apps, Snapchat allows users to share photos, videos, doodles or drawing, but here is something new, the sender can set time limit for how long recipients can view the content, after which they will disappear from the recipient’s phone but not from the Snapchat server.
According to the report, Ireland takes the top ranking position for using Snapchat, which is very popular amongst youth, specifically, 12 to 19-year-olds.
