Three Parliament committee chairpersons have declared their resignation from a joint National Assembly-Cabinet panel tasked with redirecting subsidies and social welfare.
They are: financial and economic affairs committee chairwoman Zainab Abdulamir, services committee chairman Mohammed Al Hussaini and public utilities and environment affairs committee chairman Hisham Al Awadhi .
