Business establishments or companies fully or partially owned by expatriates could be forced to pay bigger fees than Bahrainis for commercial registration (CRs) and provided activities, if MPs have their way.Five MPs led by Jalal Kadhem have presented amendments to the 2015 Commercial Registration Law that would have businesses fully-owned by Bahrainis paying BD30 annually for registration and companies fully-owned by Bahrainis BD60 annually .
