The Bahrain Chamber’s (BCCI) regular General Assembly meeting for its 30th term has been postponed and will now happen today, due to a lack of quorum yesterday.
According to Article 19 of the relevant law, a minimum of 200 members or 10 per cent of registered members who have paid their annual dues, whichever is lower, is required for a valid General Assembly meeting .
