Bahrain Chamber food wealth committee chairman Khalid Ameen has affirmed the local markets’ readiness for Eid Al Fitr with an abundant supply of consumer goods and meat at affordable prices.
He ruled out any potential shortage in any food commodity, stressing that precautionary measures had been taken to prevent any scarcity with the imports of ample quantities of fruit and vegetables, livestock, poultry and chilled meat .
