Zain Bahrain held at the Sofitel Hotel yesterday its regular general assembly meeting in the presence of the company’s board chairman Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali Al Khalifa, several shareholders, and representatives from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), the Industry and Commerce Ministry, Bahrain Stock Exchange and the company’s external auditors.
The meeting discussed issues on its agenda and decisions were taken after ensuring that a quorum of 84 .
