A salesman who slashed his housemate’s cheek with a knife after being asked to pay his share of an electricity bill has been jailed for three years.
The High Criminal Court found the 24-year-old Indian guilty of assault and inflicting a long-term injury on the victim who reportedly bled profusely before fainting after suffering the injury .
