The land patrols of the Border Guards in Rabwah, Asir Region, have prevented an attempt to smuggle 220,000 tablets of illegal medicine.
Preliminary legal procedures were completed and the seized contraband was handed over to the concerned authority.
Security authorities call upon citizens and residents to report all information concerning drug smuggling or selling to the General Directorate of Narcotics Control, calling 911 in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Region, and 999 in the rest of the regions, or by email at 995@gdnc.gov.sa.
