INTERNATIONALLY acclaimed Chef Paolo Sanapo from London is set to enchant gastronomy enthusiasts at The Merchant House’s rooftop restaurant, Indigo Terrace, hosted by the luxury boutique hotel itself and Gulf Air.
From tomorrow to Saturday, the heart of Manama will play witness to Chef Sanapo, Executive Sous Chef at The Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London, showcasing his renowned Italian dishes, blending traditional flavours with a contemporary twist.
Chef Paolo’s illustrious career spans globally, working under influential chefs such as Jean-Georges Vongerichten and at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill.
Renowned for Modern European Food, he has earned accolades like the “Best in Class in Modern European Food” at the UK Hotelympia Chefs Cooking competition and two Traveler’s Choice awards.
During the five-day culinary event, guests can enjoy an à la carte menu tomorrow and on Wednesday, a five-course set dinner with expertly paired grape beverages on Thursday and Friday, and a tasteful brunch on Saturday which includes a soft drink package.
Chef Paolo’s signature dishes will be available on the menu for an additional four weeks for those unable to attend the main event.
