COUNCILLORS are seeking to introduce a personal digital portfolio for every citizen which will include all documents issued since their birth.The Southern Municipal Council has unanimously approved a proposal for a digital wallet for every Bahraini that will have all vital records, including their birth certificate, passport, ID and driving cards, vaccination and medical history, educational credentials, property ownerships and marriage and divorce papers, if any .
