An amount that could probably help realise your biggest dream was splurged in just one night at a restaurant in Dubai.
Restauranteur Mert Turkman posted, on his Instagram account, a photograph of a bill of a whopping 620,926.61 (approx. BD62,000) spent on a New Year's Eve bash at a restaurant in Downtown.
The bill was for a table that had 18 guests.
He captioned the story, “Not first, not last", without elaborating.
It is unclear whether Mert spent the amount from his pocket.
This is not the first time that news of a mind-numbing bill amount has gone viral, though.
In November last year, a group of diners raked up a bill of Dh615,065 after a grand feast at the popular Nusr-Et Steakhouse in Abu Dhabi.
