Manama: Gulf Air has announced that its information technology (IT) department has won significant regional acclaim for infrastructure and development.
The airline said the implementation of Mobile Device Management for Electronic Flight Bags has won the Network Middle East Innovation award for “Wireless Implementation of the Year”, whereas its security framework for securing its Hybrid Cloud architecture secured the “Best Cloud Security Implementation” Award for 2015 at the Gulf Information Security Exhibition and Conference (GISEC) .
